Electric sprayer motors used in agricultural crop protection and industrial disinfection typically operate for long continuous periods and are exposed to corrosive chemicals, outdoor humidity, direct sunlight, and wide temperature fluctuations. Under these conditions, magnetic stability and corrosion resistance become critical to overall system reliability.

For this application, a ferrite material with ultra-high intrinsic coercivity (Hcj) and a low temperature coefficient is selected for the electric sprayer motor magnet. This material combination allows the motor to maintain stable torque output throughout extended operating cycles, minimizing magnetic performance loss caused by temperature rise during field work from morning through afternoon. As a result, spray pressure remains consistent and avoids fluctuation related to thermal demagnetization.

Magnetic circuit optimization focuses on flux uniformity rather than peak strength. A dual-fan magnetic structure is applied to improve flux density distribution within the motor air gap. When coupled with the winding design, this structure produces a more stable electromagnetic force, allowing the atomizing mechanism to run smoothly. In practical operation, this leads to more uniform droplet size and steadier spray patterns, improving chemical adhesion efficiency while reducing overspray and material waste.

To address chemical exposure, the magnet is processed through high-density sintering followed by epoxy resin vacuum impregnation. This creates a dual-layer corrosion protection system capable of resisting pesticides, disinfectants, and moisture during repeated use. Performance consistency is maintained even under frequent start-stop cycles and harsh outdoor conditions. Within the sprayer system, the motor magnet serves as a key component supporting precision application, reduced chemical consumption, and dependable operation in modern agricultural and industrial spraying equipment.
