Bus Fuel Pump Motor Magnet

Built for the high-flow and extended service life demands of bus fuel systems, our bus fuel pump motor magnet is engineered for maximum durability and consistent performance. We utilize a high-temperature Strontium Ferrite material, enhanced with Yttrium Oxide (Y₂O₃) and Gadolinium Oxide (Gd₂O₃). This formulation raises the Curie temperature to 500°C, ensuring the bus fuel pump motor magnet maintains exceptional stability under continuous operation and high under-hood temperatures.

Built for the high-flow and extended service life demands of bus fuel systems, our bus fuel pump motor magnet is engineered for maximum durability and consistent performance. We utilize a high-temperature Strontium Ferrite material, enhanced with Yttrium Oxide (Y₂O₃) and Gadolinium Oxide (Gd₂O₃). This formulation raises the Curie temperature to 500°C, ensuring the bus fuel pump motor magnet maintains exceptional stability under continuous operation and high under-hood temperatures.

 

We select ultra-high purity raw materials: Fe₂O3 with 99.95% purity and SrCO3 with 99.9% purity. Mixing is performed in a planetary ball mill for an extended period of 48 hours to achieve perfect homogeneity. Forming utilizes large hydraulic presses applying high pressure of 250 MPa with a 60-second hold time, achieving a green density of 3.5 g/cm³. Sintering is conducted at a high temperature of 1350°C under an oxygen atmosphere to ensure complete oxidation and optimal magnetic property development.

 

Structural strength is enhanced through specialized reinforcement design, incorporating fiber reinforcement technology. The addition of carbon fiber reinforcing materials significantly increases mechanical strength, allowing the magnet to withstand higher mechanical stresses within the pump assembly. The bus fuel pump motor magnet is subjected to a 3000-hour endurance test on a comprehensive performance test platform that simulates actual bus operating conditions. The magnetic performance decay rate is controlled within 3%.

 

The magnet surface receives a special composite coating treatment, including electroless nickel and a ceramic layer, with a total thickness of 25μm. This provides excellent resistance to wear and corrosion, ensuring compatibility with various fuel qualities and additives encountered in commercial operations.
