Raw materials are carefully selected for ultra-high purity, with Fe₂O₃ at 99.95% and SrCO₃ at 99.9%. A planetary ball milling process lasting 48 hours guarantees homogeneity, while hydraulic pressing at 250 MPa with a 60-second hold produces a green density of 3.5 g/cm³. High-temperature sintering at 1350°C in an oxygen-rich atmosphere ensures optimal magnetic properties and full material crystallization.

Mechanical resilience is reinforced using fiber-based technology. Carbon fiber additions improve structural strength, allowing the magnet to withstand high mechanical stresses during pump assembly and operation. The product undergoes an extended 3000-hour endurance test on a bus-simulating performance platform, with magnetic decay controlled within 3%, confirming long-term reliability under real-world conditions.

The magnet surface is treated with a 25 μm composite coating system, combining electroless nickel and ceramic layers. This protects against wear, corrosion, and the effects of various fuel additives, ensuring the bus fuel pump motor magnet maintains consistent performance and durability throughout its service life in commercial operation.
