Our engineering vehicle fuel pump motor magnet is specifically developed for construction, mining, and agricultural machinery, where extreme operating conditions are the norm. It is designed to withstand intense vibration, mechanical shock, chemical exposure, and wide temperature fluctuations. The magnet is made from a specially formulated composite ferrite material, enhanced with Hafnium Oxide and Tantalum Oxide, combining high magnetic performance with exceptional structural strength.

 

The raw materials are prepared using the sol-gel method, allowing precise control over hydrolysis and polycondensation reactions to produce a homogeneous nano-scale composite powder. Forming is carried out by warm pressing at 80°C under 100 MPa, ensuring uniform density throughout the green compact. Sintering employs Spark Plasma Sintering at 1250°C under 50 MPa for 5 minutes, resulting in a fully dense, fine-grained microstructure with enhanced mechanical resilience.

 

A multi-stage stabilization process follows, including annealing at 800°C for 2 hours. This minimizes magnetic variation to less than 2.5% across a broad temperature range from -55°C to 160°C. The magnet features a hermetic seal using metalization and Kovar alloy packaging, achieving an IP69K rating, protecting against high-pressure steam, dust, and harsh chemical exposure.

 

These magnets have been validated through 1500 hours of salt spray testing and 3000 hours of vibration testing, retaining over 96% of their original performance. They provide reliable, long-term operation in the harshest environments, making them ideal for off-highway and heavy machinery fuel pump applications where durability and consistency are mission-critical.
