Principles of Magnetic Tiles and Their Applications in Motors
Principles of Magnetic Tiles:
Magnetic tiles are made from powdered materials such as iron oxide, aluminum oxide, and silicon oxide through a process of pressing and sintering. They exhibit high magnetic permeability and a high permeability-to-reluctance ratio, creating a uniform magnetic field and are widely used in motors.
Applications of Magnetic Tiles in Motors:
In motors, magnetic tiles are typically attached to the stator core. These tiles are affixed to the inner surface of the stator core. The high permeability and high permeability-to-reluctance ratio of these tiles significantly improve the magnetic field, allowing the motor's rotor to better respond to changes in the magnetic field, thereby increasing torque density and efficiency.
