Engineering Vehicle Starter Motor Magnet

Designed for the most demanding applications in construction, mining, and agricultural machinery, our engineering vehicle starter motor magnet is built to withstand extreme operating conditions, including intense vibration, shock, and environmental contaminants. We employ a special composite ferrite material, enhanced with additives like Zirconium Oxide (ZrO₂) and Titanium Oxide (TiO₂). This formulation provides the engineering vehicle starter motor magnet with an exceptional combination of high magnetic performance and superior mechanical strength.

 

Raw material preparation utilizes the chemical co-precipitation method, allowing precise control over pH and reaction temperature to obtain nano-scale precursor powders. The forming process employs cold isostatic pressing (CIP) at very high pressures, reaching 250 MPa. This ensures a completely uniform density distribution throughout the compact, minimizing potential weak points.

 

The sintering process is advanced, utilizing Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP). This occurs at 1280°C under an argon gas atmosphere and an applied pressure of 50 MPa. This combination of heat and pressure produces a near-theoretically dense microstructure, eliminating porosity and maximizing both magnetic output and mechanical robustness. A multi-stage magnetization process follows, using pulsed field magnetization technology with a field strength of 4T and pulse width of 20ms, ensuring the engineering vehicle starter motor magnet is fully and completely saturated.

 

These magnets boast an IP68 protection rating, achieved through encapsulation with special sealing materials, effectively preventing the ingress of dust and moisture. Anti-vibration characteristics are optimized using Finite Element Analysis (FEA), enabling them to withstand shock loads up to 25G, meeting the demands of operation on rough, uneven terrain. Furthermore, they are manufactured using a high-temperature curing process with high-temperature resistant epoxy resin encapsulation, allowing an extended operating temperature range from -55°C to 220°C.
